20 Minute Cupping Session

“Where there’s stagnation, there will be some pain. Remove the stagnation, and you remove the pain.”

​A therapeutic cupping treatment involves placing silicone and plastic cups on the skin. Suctioning the cups on the skin creates a vacuum which draws the tissue up into the cup. This increases the blood flow, loosens the fascia or connective tissue, and stimulates healing. It is similar to the way deep tissue massage can be used to break up scar tissue and reduce pain. The cups are often placed on the back and shoulders or the site of pain.

​Cupping may cause temporary red marks ranging from pink to red, depending upon the degree of suction created by the vacuum and the level of internal stagnation. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, this would be a favorable outcome, suggesting the treatment has successfully removed toxins and stagnation. It will usually disappear in a few days, depending on your stagnation in that area.

A layer of locally made, lab tested CBD Salve will be applied before the cups to assist with pain and inflammation.

While the cups sit, you have the option of me channeling reiki for you. This maximizes your time and healing spent at my practice.

This is a beautiful Chinese and Japanese modality collaboration. With a little nature medicine mixed in between. A good way to try a little bit of everything in one session. A quick but powerful physical and energetic liberation combined into one.


Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage is a ancient massage created 2,500 years ago by Buddha’s practitioner. Coined “yoga for lazy people”, you relax while I do the stretching for you. This session is fully clothed (you can come in wearing athletic clothing) on a comfortable Thai mat on the floor. I then stretch your body in a series of positions while palpating the meridian lines on your body to release energy blockages.

This is the perfect treatment for someone looking to increase their flexibility and to feel invigorated and energized post their thai massage, compared to the relaxed feeling you get post a table massage.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese energetic healing art where I am a conduit for life force energy, or chi, and with hand placement and intention, I’m able to activate your body’s natural healing response and promote healing.

Another way to describe it is that: As I am able to feel physical knots in your body, under my hands, I can as well can feel energetic knots in your electromagnetic field, or aura. Once detected, I stay there until the blockage dissipates and then move onto the next area. Sometimes my hands are touching you or sometimes my hands are a few inches from your body, depending on what I feel you more intuitively need.

Since I am a conduit for both the original and the highest vibrational energy healing out, I am either going to channel one, or the other or the mixture
of both, depending on what you need and how long you’ve been seeing me.

If you’d like to further enhance you and deepen your reiki experience, I recommend you try Aura Clearing.

​Aura Clearing is done in conjunction with a regular reiki session. It is basically deep tissue reiki. It is a guided meditation where we work together to identify blockages in your aura and send it to the Light. Blockages in your aura might feel like specific areas where you feel like it’s sluggish or blocked. Crystals may be placed on stagnant areas, deepening the healing even more.

This beautiful ceremony is recommended if you feel you need a deep spiritual cleanse.

But what are “blockages” and how do we get them?

Well, the reason people are not in optimum health is because they attract or create blocks to the flow of life energy within themselves. They are usually created because of misunderstandings about how to get one’s needs met in a healthy way. Blocks to life energy are made of byoki or negative ki and usually take on a particular shape and lodge themselves in or around the organs of the body or in the chakras or aura. These negative energy blocks can cause health problems as well as other difficulties in life. Once they are removed, the life energy returns to its normal healthy flow and the person’s health is restored.

It must be kept in mind that if a person has a physical or psychological problem, it is important to see a licensed health care provider. The purpose of the session is to work in conjunction with regular medical or psychological care.

Distant Reiki

​What’s amazing about reiki is that I can send it distantly too, you do not have to be here physically with me. My training has taught me how to send it across space and time. It would be a 30 minute session where you lay down and have relaxing music playing (I recommend 852 hertz music). Eucalyptus or peppermint essential oil can be diffused to enhance your experience. I set an alarm and then began cleansing your aura with Pranic Healing. I then use a teddy bear as a surrogate for you, going through the same hand positions as I would in person. After the session,’I will reach out and follow up.

In Level II: We do the Holy Love I Experience Guided Meditation. Learn about the three sacred reiki symbols. Learn how to draw them and use them.
